Nannerl Notenbuch [55]
The Nannerl Notenbuch was written by Leopold Mozart, in the period from 1759 to ab. 1764, for his daughter, Maria Anna Mozart ("Nannerl"), to learn to play piano. The book was also used by Wolfgang who also wrote his earliest compositions, penned by his father. It contains simple short keyboard pieces; many anonymous minuets and some works by Leopold are included.
Alessandro Deljavan read these elegant pieces with simplicity and proper style.
Recording is made on a Steinway D-274 with 4-mic @ 88.2/24.
